Easy to make, dressed to impress, surprisingly elegant and deliciously filling!

Ingredients:
- baby spinach
- baby rocket
- lettuce variety
- caramelized hazelnuts
- ½ cup pomegranate
- 8 dry figs sliced
- goat’s cheese, sliced or crumbled
Dressing:
- ½ cup Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
- 1 ½ tsp. salt
- 1/8 cup olive oil
Method:
Throw all the ingredients in a large bowl, make the dressing then pour it over the salad.
