This is one question I get asked a lot! The answer is that you can do as many abs exercises as you wish and you can strengthen your core muscles but that will never be enough to get rid of belly fat.

Some exercises like mountain climbers and bicycle abs are excellent for targeting belly fat but again, even if you’re climbing mountains on a daily basis it won’t do the trick.

The best and only way to lose that belly fat is  a combination of the right workout exercises and a proper diet! ( Ok, this is not the best time of year but a reminder to have a little control).

  • Consume less sugar
  • Include more protein in your diet
  • Eat less carbs
  • Track your food and your workouts
  • Exercise more. Do a lot of cardio and HIIT training

Always remember that balance is key.
