There are many versions of this cucumber and yogurt dip. This one got me dipping all my pitta bread inside until it disappeared. You’ll love it!

 Feeds approx.: 10-12 people

Ingredients:

  • 1 kilo strained Greek yoghurt
  • 6 large peeled, grated cucumbers
  • 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • Garlic /garlic powder according to taste
  • 2/3 tbsp. salt
  • 2/3 tbsp. dry mint

 

Method:

Mix cucumber, olive oil and vinegar in with the yoghurt then add the salt, garlic and dry mint.

It is as simple as that.
