There are many versions of this cucumber and yogurt dip. This one got me dipping all my pitta bread inside until it disappeared. You’ll love it!

Ingredients:
- 1 kilo strained Greek yoghurt
- 6 large peeled, grated cucumbers
- 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- Garlic /garlic powder according to taste
- 2/3 tbsp. salt
- 2/3 tbsp. dry mint
Method:
Mix cucumber, olive oil and vinegar in with the yoghurt then add the salt, garlic and dry mint.
It is as simple as that.
