• 1 sweet potato or ordinary tortilla wrap
  • 50ml passata
  • 1 tsp rose harissa, spread (optional)
  • 30g mozzarella, broken into small chunks
  • 3 sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 15g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • Salt and black pepper

Method:

1.) Preheat the oven to 180 degrees’ fan.

2.) Place the wrap on a flat baking tray. Spread the passata and harissa on the wrap.

3.) Add the mozzarella, sundried tomatoes. Grate the Parmesan cheese and season with herbs and black course pepper.

4.) Cook for 8 minutes
