Summer is loading aaand… Who can say no to an ice cream, especially when it’s a fruity NO SUGAR sorbet? I bet, no one can! So, melon sorbet it is!

Ingredients

  • A little less than one big melon, cubed
  • A little more than 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Method

Cut the melon in cubes and let it freeze for 4-6 hours. When ready, put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend for a few minutes until you achieve the granita consistency. Once you’re done, place the sorbet in a plastic container, cover it and freeze for 1 hour. Tadaaa, you are ready to serve and enjoy. Thank me later 🙂
