- Mental Diary
Write down all activities you did last week. Write down why you felt good and what you would change.
Create a mental diet plan
What do you listen to every day?
What do you watch every day?
What do you read every day?
Who do you talk to every day?
2. Bring yourself to the present moment, focus on your surroundings & list:
5 things you can see
4 things you can touch
3 things you can hear
2 things you can smell
1 thing you can taste
3. Mental Challenge:
Daily challenge yourself with this simple exercise:
Ask one new question every day to learn something new.
