Welcome to our first, ‘ A reader or two a month’ series.
This book is a must read for those who haven’t got their hands on it yet! I think it took me about 6 hours to read from cover to cover, I couldn’t put it down. Since having the children I’ve steered towards the romantic, chick, flick lit and not for psychological thrillers but I found this book captivating and addictive. The narrative drew me from the start and The Silent Patient was the first book I’ve read in a long time whose ending truly shocked me.
I loved it and encourage you to clear your schedules because it’s totally binge worthy. I’m also extra proud that Alex Michaelides is from Cyprus. It’s about time we show the world how much talent we have on our island.
