When you need a sugar equivalent, try these amazing banana snicker bites! I say they are even nicer than the real deal!
Ingredients:
- Banana
- Peanuts
- Almond/peanut butter ( I use almond)
- Ion dark chocolate ( the Stevia version)
- Raw cacao nibs for topping
Method:
Slice the banana into two long strips. Butter the one side with almond butter and add the peanuts ( when I have some sugar free chocolate spread I might drizzle some of that on top too). Take the other side and cover making it into a sandwich. Cut into 4 pieces, depending on the size of banana. Bain marie the chocolate then coat each piece placing it on a foil coated tray. Sprinkle some cacoao nibs on each piece then put in the fridge for approx. an hour!
