What does changing your perspective really mean? Can someone see things from a different point of view? A different point of view does not mean changing who you are.  PS: Changing your perspective isn’t the same when it comes to serious mental issues. For example, you can tell someone with clinical depression to change their perspective all you want, but I highly doubt you’ll get any results.
