Well, welcome August! Holiday mode is on and work mode is off! If your gym is closed for a few days and you’ve been “good” all year, it’s not the end of the world. We all deserve a break and so do you!

By break, we don’t mean go wild on cheat meals and zero movement!  We’re lucky to be surrounded by the sea, so go for a swim, take up a watersport, go for a run on  the beach..or even  just go for a walk!

Get physical and enjoy the summer holidays!
