I was recently introduced to an amazing new product. The FLUID SHEER ULTRA-LIGHT GLOWING FLUID. It is an easy-to-apply liquid highlighter which has a weightless, organza-inspired formula and comes in an extensive range of colors to match each woman’s unique tone. According to Giorgio Armani Beauty it can be worn as a makeup base or blended with foundation (lighter hued shades) and this gives your face the dewy, “makeup without makeup” effect.
What I truly loved about it is the fact that the darker hued shades (I got no.6) appear to be more pigmented and can be used as blusher delivering a sheer and subtler finish. I always found it too difficult to find the right shade blusher (too pink, too brown, too red) but this one, because it is buildable you can “play about” with it! It also has a dewy and less shimmery effect which I feel as we get older we need to reduce excessive shimmer and concentrate more on bringing out radiance to have a healthier looking skin.
Application: I use this product as a blusher so all I need to do is after I have applied my foundation and powder, is pump out a pea sized drop at the back of my hand and with a blusher brush tap it gently into the liquid and with circular motions blend it onto the apples of my cheeks. Be careful not to apply too much all at once as it will not blend smoothly.
