What are Flow Movement Exercises?

Flow workouts attempt to combine exercises in the most fluid way possible, allowing for a smooth transition from one to the next.  The importance of flow workouts is to perform exercises that give a point to the transition.

In a Flow Movement workout, your body weight provides resistance and the floor is the equipment.  Each exercise moves your joints through their full range of motion, so you strengthen more muscle fibres while stretching your whole body,
