There are different ways to exercise and different types of workouts that work for different people . A good combination of everything below is the perfect balance to a healthy fit body!

Cardio Training

3-5 times per week
20-30 minutes per time

Cycling, swimming, trampoline workouts.

Strength Training

2-3 times per week  
30-45 minutes per time
Body weight exercises (Abs, back extensions, push-ups,)
Resistance exercises (Resistant band or weights)

Motion and Balance Workout
2-3 times per week
Stretching , Yoga , Balance exercises on 1 leg, Balance exercise on toes, Bossu exercises.
