The recipe:

All you need is:

  • 30g ripe avocado
  • 2 slices of gf toast
  • 2 eggs (boiled)
  • 3-5ml garlic infused oil
  • Hot sauce / Sirachi / chilli flakes (whatever you prefer!!)

How to :

Place two eggs in a saucepan and submerge in water until half full. Boil for 5-6 minutes, or count the time once the water starts bubbling. (I usually like my eggs a bit hard boiled, so 3 minutes once the water starts bubbling is perfect.) Toast your gf toast; mush your avocado; cut the eggs in half; and drizzle the garlic oil/ hot sauce!
