We all like to have skin that looks fresh and dewy, right? A skin illuminator does the trick under our daily makeup and the result is incredible as it naturally brightens the face making it shine, but not look oily. I never thought that this would work for me but over the past 4 months I have rigorously been using an illuminator to get a bit of that bling bling we’re all after!

Illuminators can be:

• Mixed together with your favourite foundation, BB cream or tinted moisturizer to get a fresh n’ natural total radiance

• Applied to your fingertip and gently dabbed along the top of your cheekbone. To freshen up your glow you can add a little extra on the top of the apples of your cheeks, just under your eyes.

Below are my three favourite illuminators:

• AMC Face and Body Illuminator by Inglot
Light textured, oil free liquid illuminator that contains pearlescent molecules. Shines and shimmers wherever you apply it, giving definition to the body contours.

• Extra Illuminating Moisture Balm by Bobbi Brown
This skin-boosting balm imparts an instant glow with pearl particles and a burst of hydration and long-term skin-improving benefits help energize a tired, dull complexion to bring back its natural radiance.

• Strobe Cream by MAC
A moisturizer that boosts the look of dull skin and luminizes with iridescent particles.

Till next week…
