Why do we detox?

Basically, detoxification means cleansing the blood but our skin also needs to be detoxed since it is the biggest organ of our body. We must take control and help it appear brighter, softer to look healthier. Below are some tips to make you see immediate results.

 

How to help my skin detoxify at home:

Body Brushing:

The body is able to lose 1lb of toxins a day and body brushing will go a long way in assisting this process.
