Makes approx. 12 -15 cookies
Ingredients:
- unsalted butter
- 50 gr. Caster sugar
- 1 egg beaten
- 150 gr. self-raising flour sifted
- Bournville Chocolate cut into pieces
Method:
Beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the egg and beat thoroughly. Fold in the flour and chocolate. Place teaspoons of the mixture a little apart on greased baking sheets and bake in a preheated moderate oven, 180 ° for 15 to 20 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
