My niece has her own recipe book and loves making her homemade banana cookies. I couldn’t wait to pinch the recipe and share it with you.
Makes approx.: 12 cookies
Ingredients:
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 cup oat flour
- A handful of raisins
- A pinch or 2 of cinnamon powder
- Brown sugar for topping
Method:
Preheat oven to 180˚c. Mash the bananas and then add all ingredients in a bowl. Stir with a spoon until a thick gooey texture is formed. Make sure your oven tray is covered with greaseproof paper and with a spoon, scoop a small portion of the mixture onto the tray to form the cookies. Sprinkle brown sugar for a caramalised topping if desired.
Bake for 15 minutes.
