Fizzicality (noun)

The desire to enthusiastically hug one’s friend after the consumption of Prosecco.

Remember “We may not speak Italian, but we speak Prosecco!”?

Prosecco is an Italian Sparkling wine, made in Veneto and Fruili, from the Glera grape variety, also known as Prosecco grape. Recently it’s been extremely popular!

Prosecco is for life not just for Christmas (Christmas is just the excuse to write about it again). So, since this trend is here to stay, discover the following bubbles and have it more often:

  1. Paladin, Prosecco D.O.C. Tappo Spango, Frizzante – with a bit of a fizz

Night harvested grapes, during the freshest hours to preserve flavours, guarantee an explosion of flavours, with an off-dry finish!

Ashy yellow in colour, with fine, elegant bubbles! It is sealed with a “Spango” (string) due to its light fizziness. It is discreetly aromatic and brings to mind a bouquet of white flowers and fruit. The taste is delicate and fine. Light in body, with low alcohol volume, it is certain that the first sip invites you to drink the second.

An excellent entrée wine, as it accompanies with elegance appetizers, and mouth-watering delicate dishes.

  1. Paladin Prosecco D.O.C., Tondo, Spumante Dry – liquid velvet

Tondo means round, and trust me, they could have not picked a better word to describe this beauty!

Amazingly soft and silky, Prosecco Dry Paladin is a sparkling wine so gentle and round that those who seek harmony and pleasure fatally fall madly in love with it.

Very aromatic with notes of wild apple and spring blossoms. Well-balanced flavours and pleasantly citrusy.

An excellent, versatile sparkling wine which can be great as an aperitif or even to accompany fish flavours such as lobsters and scallops. Due to its elegant, slightly sweet character and its aromatic note it goes perfectly with cakes.

  1. Bosco Del Merlo, Prosecco D.O.C., Millesimato (Vintage) Brut – cause the third time is always a charm

Exclusively produced with the best grapes of that particular year, the fruit is collected with extreme care and attention. Through the winemaking process the winemaker breathes life on this fine bubbly.

Its pale-yellow colour has a trademark fruity aroma, delicately blended with notes of apple and pear. It is dry with refreshing acidity and a beautiful complexity.

A flag and symbol of Italian charm around the world, it can be enjoyed as an aperitif. Likewise, it is excellent for all kinds of dishes but mostly with seafood or lighter Mediterranean flavours.
