If you protected your body from the harmful rays of the sun, wore and still wear SPF on your face, kept your face cream light but face fully moisturised, then you’ve  managed to get through the hottest of days successfully and fall will be a walk in the park for you.

I’m sure we all did our best to make sure our skin remained as healthy as possible but if not what are you waiting for?

Now that autumn is just around the corner (kinda), you will have to keep doing all of the above in a somewhat different way. Our skin needs change every season and we need to be ready to meet its needs.

These are the secrets of a healthy, fresh looking face and body:

  1. Deep facial cleansing. Ask your facialist to thoroughly cleanse your skin and advise you what needs to be done to recover and prepare your skin for winter.
  2. Use a body exfoliator. Your body needs to be cleansed from any dead cells and then rehydrated with a body oil. Do this at home or at a beauty salon at least once every 15 days.
  3. Glow and Brightness Treatments for the Face. There are countless treatments and techniques in the market for Glow and Brightness. However, don’t be tempted to do too much because the sun is still too strong and you might end up having negative results.
  4. Nourishing and hydrating masks. Every skin type needs nourishment. Exfoliate lightly and use nourishing and moisturizing masks to help your skin become healthier.

Follow these tips and the transition into colder weather will be as smooth and as youthful as ever!
