Grab a kettlebell and perform the following exercises 10 X each side.  Take a break once both sides have been completed:

  • Single arm kettlebell swing
  • Squat
  • Shoulder press
  • Lunge

The kettlebell flow is a series of exercises that improves strength and mobility.  It’s quick, effective and burns fat.
