Burpee noun
bur·pee | \ ˈbər-pē
a functional exercise in which one squats, puts the palms of the hands on the ground in front of the feet, jumps back into a push-up position, if brave enough completes one push-up, returns to squat position, and then jumps up into the air while extending the arms overhead.
