These bars are a healthy alternative to anything that is associated with Christmas indulgence. Enjoy this ridiculously easy- to- make recipe with a cuppa now that Winter is in full swing. I get your urge to dip a chocolate chip cookie into your hot drink but this does come as close to that as possible. Thanks Cat.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey

Method:

Melt the peanut butter with honey in the microwave, stir it well to mix and then add the oats. Place foil in a square Pyrex, add the mixture and even it out to about 1 centimeter thickness. Place in fridge to set a bit and then remove and cut in small squares. Add chocolate chips in the mixture for variation.
