Lovers of all things poultry in our household, we’ve had to get creative in making the plain chicken breast as tasty as it can get!

Feeds approx..: 6 people

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken fillets sliced down the middle to double quantity
  • 4 tbsp. fat free strained yogurt
  • 3 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. turmeric
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • Grated lemon zest of a whole lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Mix ingredients together and marinate chicken breast for minimum 1 hour. Fry the fillets in fry light spray in a non-stick pan.
