Part 1 of a 3 week Halloween special! Today is a snack made by Rosemary and it’s nice n’ easy! Even if you aren’t going to live up to this month’s festivities, these pumpkin seeds are great to have in the house! Use them in a salad, serve with a drink or just snack on them.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups raw whole pumpkin seeds
  • 2 teaspoons butter, melted
  • A pinch of salt

Method:

Preheat oven to 150 °c. Toss seeds in a bowl with the melted butter and salt. Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown; stir occasionally.
