Walking push-up – 3×10 reps – break 10 seconds between sets

Step up with knee raise – 3×30 sec – break 15 seconds between sets

Squat jump on the step – 3×10 reps – break 10 seconds between sets

Triple abs variation – 3x 10x10x10 – break every 30 abs for 30 seconds
