Trying to stay healthy, my mum’s quick cookie mix is helping me stay away from that Cadbury’s dairy milk. Winter calls for a hot drink in the afternoon and something sweet so try this alternative which is quick and easy to make.  

Makes approx. 12-15

 

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup oats
  • 3 tbsp. honey
  • 4 tbsp. Tahini

 

Method:

Simply mix all the ingredients together and make into small cookie size. Put in a baking tray and bake on 180°C for 15 min or until golden in colour.

 

It is as simple as that.
