Ingredients:
- 10ml sesame oil
- 5ml garlic infused oil
- 1/2 lemon, squeezed
- 15ml soy sauce
- 150g kale
- 1/2 avocado, chopped
- 20g mixed seeds
- Salt to taste

- Mix the oils, lemon and soy sauce to create the dressing.
- Pour on the prewashed kale and massage for 2-3 minutes, until the kale darkens and softens slightly.
- Mix in the avocado and garnish with seeds.
