Ingredients:

  • 10ml sesame oil
  •  5ml garlic infused oil
  • 1/2 lemon, squeezed
  •  15ml soy sauce
  •  150g kale
  • 1/2 avocado, chopped
  • 20g mixed seeds
  • Salt to taste

#HowTo

  1.  Mix the oils, lemon and soy sauce to create the dressing.
  2. Pour on the prewashed kale and massage for 2-3 minutes, until the kale darkens and softens slightly.
  3. Mix in the avocado and garnish with seeds.
