Mikaella’s Baked Fillet Salmon
A miracle worker for any dinner party. Quick, SUPER LIGHT and headache free. This amazing recipe that was given to me by my dearest friend helps me razzle dazzle my guests every time I serve it.

Ingredients:
- Salmon fillet
- X2 packets Rock salt (enough to cover the tray or base of fillet)
- Pepper according to taste
- Baking sheets
- Foil
Method:
Line your baking tray with foil then baking paper for easiest cleanup. Pour the rock salt onto your baking sheet creating 0.5 cm bed of salt. Place the salmon fillet on top and sprinkle some pepper. Cook at 190 c. for 20-30 min, depending on how well you want it cooked.
It is as simple as that.
