Peanut butter and cocoa porridge oat balls for today. A snack easy to carry in a small container to take with you on a family trip, to the beach, anywhere actually! It’s easy peasy and you gotta love its soft texture and chocolatey flavour. Suitable for toddlers, kids and adults too!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup blended cocoa porridge oats (mine is Nestle Nesquik, highly recommended)
  • 1/2 cup (homemade) peanut butter
  • 150 g strained yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Desiccated coconut for rolling

Method:

Put all your ingredients into a bowl (except the desiccated coconut) and whisk until well combined. In another bowl put some coconut and roll the balls in. Ta ta…
