Now that summer is slowly finding our way to us, it’s time to shift our culinary skills from inside outside! What better than homemade burgers? The traditional, easy, salt and pepper kind.
For approx.: 4 people
Ingredients:
- Beef Sirloin mincemeat
- Salt
- Pepper
Method :
Wash the mincemeat, strain it and put it into a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Fry a small amount to check the taste. If it doesn’t need any more salt and pepper, use your hands and shape the mincemeat into 4 patties.
Grill on the barbeque
