An Asian twist to a healthy mix of goodness.

Ingredients:

For the salad:

  • 2 cups boiled quinoa
  • 1 cup boiled green beans
  • 1 cup boiled broccoli
  • 1 cup red/ yellow pepper cut into cubes
  • 1 packet boiled and cleaned edamame beans

For the dressing:

  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • Salt to taste

Throw all the ingredients in a salad bowl add the dressing. Ready to serve.
